Open Wednesday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Edgar’s Bistro is a student- and faculty-chef-run restaurant operated by Helms College, offering a fresh, contemporary take on Southern cuisine—crafted each quarter by instructors and students of the Polly Long Denton School of Hospitality.

Our student chefs from the Polly Long Denton School of Hospitality are bringing bold flavors and comforting favorites to the table. This week, enjoy the rich taste of seafood paella, the perfect bite of a fried tilapia or grilled mahi mahi sandwich, or go big with a smoked turkey leg. For those craving something hearty, the open-face roast beef or turkey sandwich is a classic made fresh by our future culinary professionals.

🎓 More than 40 students graduated from the Helms College Macon Campus, including Beverley Stewart, a retired school educator who followed her passion into the culinary arts.
