As summer comes to a close, we want to wish every student, teacher, administrator, staff member, and family in the Bibb County School District a safe, successful, and rewarding 2026–2027 school year!

To all of our students: remember that every new school year is a fresh opportunity to learn, grow, discover your gifts, and become the very best version of yourselves. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, work hard, and believe in your potential. Your future is being built one day at a time.

To our educators and school staff: thank you for the countless hours you invest in preparing classrooms, encouraging young minds, and making a difference in the lives of our children. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom.

As we say goodbye to another wonderful summer, let’s welcome this new school year with excitement, determination, and hope. Here’s to new friendships, new accomplishments, and a year filled with success!

Another school year is coming to an end, and we want to take a moment to celebrate every student who showed up, worked hard, grew, and kept going even when things weren’t easy.

Whether you earned straight A’s, improved in one subject, overcame challenges quietly, or simply made it through the year…your effort matters.

As summer begins, we encourage our youth to enjoy the break, create memories, and rest — but also remember:

Growth doesn’t stop when school ends.
Read something new.
Set a goal.
Serve someone.
Discover a passion.
Continue becoming who God created you to be.

To parents, guardians, teachers, and mentors: thank you for pouring into our children throughout the year. Your impact reaches further than you know.

As Christmas Day comes to a close, we’re filled with gratitude for the gift of family, community, and the opportunity to serve.

This season reminded us that the greatest giving doesn’t come in boxes. It comes through love, encouragement, and showing up for our youth.
