ACE Hatcher pulls off one of the greatest rushing touchdowns in Gryphon history, shrugging off tackles, changing direction and scampering 56 yards to the end zone to make it 28-8 over Southwest!!

ACE runs the old “Hook and Ladder” play as Ace Hatcher hits Brady Balkom who then laterals to Jaylen Davis swinging around the right end. Davis cruises into the end zone untouched to make it 14-0 ACE over Southwest!!

On the eve of another Friday night, we want to take a moment to recognize those who give so much of themselves to our ACE Football program. 🏈

Rain, shine, or those 100+ degree Georgia afternoons, our coaches and trainers show up. They give countless hours preparing, teaching, encouraging, correcting, motivating and pouring into our players.

But what they’re building goes far beyond football.

They’re teaching our young men about discipline, accountability, perseverance, teamwork and what it means to show up for the person beside you. The lessons learned on that field will stick with these boys long after the lights at Perkins Field go dark.

Coaches, we see the hours and hours of work that happen when no one is watching. And we want you to know how much we appreciate it.

To Coach Hatcher and the entire Gryphon coaching staff, THANK YOU for investing in our boys and in the future of ACE Football. We are incredibly grateful for each of you.

🏆 MIDDLE GEORGIA ATHLETE OF THE WEEK! 🏆

Congratulations to ACE senior Brady Balkcom on being named Middle Georgia Athlete of the Week!

With the Gryphons trailing late last Friday night, on the road, QB Ace Hatcher connected with Brady for a 38-yard pass on 4th and 10 with just 46 seconds left in the game. Brady somehow stayed on his feet, broke free and TOOK IT TO THE HOUSE for the game-winning touchdown! 🔥

That incredible play capped off a 23-20 comeback victory over Washington County and gave us one of those Friday night moments we won't soon forget!

Big-time players make big-time plays when the game is on the line. 💪

Congratulations, Brady! We are so proud to see you representing ACE Football and earning this well-deserved recognition!
