After more than 28 years of dedicated service, we are honoring and celebrating Jane Jackson, our Resource Facilitator Director, as she retires later this month from the Brain Injury Association of Georgia.
For over two decades, Jane has been a steady, compassionate presence for countless individuals and families navigating life after brain injury. Her work has gone far beyond programs and policies—Jane has been a listener in moments of crisis, a guide through complex systems, and a tireless advocate for dignity, access, and hope.

Jane helped shape BIAG’s Resource Facilitation Program into the trusted lifeline it is today. Her leadership, institutional knowledge, and unwavering commitment have left a lasting impact not only on our organization, but on the entire brain injury community across Georgia.

While we will deeply miss her wisdom, kindness, and calm leadership, we are incredibly grateful for the legacy she leaves behind and the foundation she has built for future generations of advocates and survivors.

Thank you, Jane, for your years of service, your heart for this work, and the countless lives you have touched. We wish you a retirement filled with joy, rest, and everything you deserve. 💐

💙 Please join us in thanking Jane Jackson for 28+ years of extraordinary service to BIAG and the brain injury community.

We need your help—Congress has left the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Reauthorization Act out of the latest Continuing Resolution (CR), putting life-changing programs at risk!

Despite unanimous House passage and bipartisan support in 2024, Congress failed to include the TBI Reauthorization Act in the recent CR. Without action, millions of individuals—including children, veterans, and first responders—could lose access to essential rehabilitation, education, and support services. We must act NOW. Urge your Members of Congress to include the TBI Reauthorization Act in the next Continuing Resolution to protect these critical programs.
