Well that’s a wrap on 2026!

Day 2 of the Central Georgia RPM continued with more models, more people, and more fun. We had a GREAT Meet and want to say THANK YOU to everyone who attended, brought models, gave a clinic, participated in the learning stations, and to all our vendors and sponsors!

We grew again from 2025, and our goal was to see 125 people or more in attendance this year. We are pleased to say that 126 people were in attendance between both days!

We also issued a challenge: bring your models! We wanted to break 500 models on display this year, up from 460 last year. And saying that you accepted that challenge was an understatement! We had 254 models on the tables before we went home Thursday night after setting up. We broke 500 by 9am on Friday morning! And they just kept coming…

We nearly ran out of tables - and that’s a good problem for us as organizers to have. We went and got more tables Friday night. And by Saturday at noon when we locked the model count in you - the most important part of this Meet - had displayed a grand total of 893 models!!! That is absolutely amazing!

We learned a lot again this year, and we are already making plans to make next year bigger and better yet again.

Save the dates for April 2-3, 2027!

And one more time: THANK YOU!

Day one of the 2026 Central Georgia RPM was a huge success! We had nearly 100 people in the building and “one or two” models on display (hint: it’s a lot!). The clinics were good and our BBQ dinner was delicious!

Our hands on learning station offering weathering and soldering lessons was also a big hit, and the experts will be back again tomorrow.

We’re open 8-5 tomorrow with plenty of room for any models you want to bring to display, along with lots of opportunities for hobby purchases from our vendors like A&S Trains and Thoroughbred Models, in addition to our individual for sale tables in the hall.

Come on out tomorrow for other great day!

Looking for a hobby shop? We are close to having an entire shop set up at the RPM. Come see Aaron with A&S Trains and his huge setup at the RPM today and tomorrow!

The challenge was issued: help us break 500 models this year. We have the tables ready to see what you’re bringing!
