Mobile Meals of Macomb IL Mobile Meals is a home meals program out of Heartland Care Center, prepared on site and delivered by volunteers. It's been in operation since 1978.

Over 30 unpaid volunteers deliver meals every day of the week through Heartland Health Care Center of Macomb, to those who are unable to get out and obtain their own meals. A small fee is charged for the food, which is prepared on site at Heartland by Sodexho Inc. Men and women, singly or in pairs, in all but the worst of weather, faithfully pick up and deliver meals to residents within the city l
