Happy Flag Day!!

Happy Flag Day! In 1777 the US flag was adopted by Congress. We found a photo of our firefighters (colorized with AI) circa 1920 with the 48 star flag draped over the new $6,000 fire engine.

Recently, one of our member's daughters had to have emergency surgery at OSF in Peoria for a serious brain infection. To offset the funds for the family a Go Fund Me has been established. Please consider donating to assist one of our own during a troubling time!

Yesterday one of our firefighters celebrated 5 years of service to the Macomb Fire Department. Please help us congratulate Firefighter Jonathan McAvoy for his 5 years of excellent service to the department. Congrats Jon and we all hope you have many more years helping serve the citizens of Macomb and Mcdonough County!
