Dear Residents:
The date of our annual meeting will commence at the Clinton-Macomb Library North Branch (near the Township Hall), on Thursday, November 14th, at 7:00 p.m.
It’s very important that you or a representative from your home attends.
We only have one Board Member who will be remaining, and it’s crucial that we have new members to serve. It’s imperative that we uphold the HOA Rules and Regulations (also known as CC&R’s).
It is our assumption that we all wish to live in a beautiful, peaceful, and healthy community. We also want to keep our property values increasing! In order to do this, a Homeowners Board of Directors needs to collaborate, and collectively uphold the vision and values of the community, that our developers originally planned for us.
With the above being said, we need you to please step-up and apply for a Board Member position! It can be very rewarding to see the subdivision remaining beautiful. For example, our 2023-2024 Board President worked with our property management company and a new landscaping team to make our Twenty-Six Mile entrance absolutely beautiful and more appealing than it has ever been!
Let’s keep it up, and let our Board know what type of position you are interested in, and what skills you can bring to enhance our community.
