We would like to thank all the campers that came out to our first memorial day Michilimackinac Reenactment camping. It was cold and windy. But we had a great time!! And with all the changes this year you guys made this year's Reenactment better. Looking forward to next year!!

This Year we are going to try using this for participants attending the 2026 trade fair.

As many of you know by now, the reenactment is moving, and we are excited to begin building a replica of the Watergate.

We will be holding a practice on Friday, May 22 at 6:00 PM, and we would like everyone to attend. There have been a lot of changes, and this will be a great opportunity for everyone to get together and prepare for the event.

The reenactment committee would also like to reinforce that we want this event to be just as successful and enjoyable as it was at the fort. To help maintain authenticity and professionalism, we will be upholding the following rules:
• No drinking
• No smoking
• Period-correct clothing is required

We are looking forward to seeing everyone Friday night. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a board member.

We have lost another member of our crew and reenacting community.

Micah Hall , son, father, soldier, friend has gone on to the other side of the river. I'm told he passed last night in his sleep at age 48.
Micah was active with the Queen's Rangers in Michigan and formerly with us in the 2nd Co Ga Arty in Georgia as well as his own cavalry interpretation as Tarleton's Legion.

Micah was a decorated combat veteran with multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and was a purple heart recipient. He retired out of 3rd Infantry Division in I believe 2021.
Rest easy Brother you will be missed!!
