Happy New Year Everyone!
Hopefully everyone had a great Christmas and a safe New Year.

I would like to have a board meeting to go over financials.
As well as to get Everyone's opinion whether or not we want to start this battle again with the Village for the 2016-17' season.
That's IF the Village will entertain the thought.
Just throwing it out there please give me your feedback.
I was shooting for Tuesday January 19th.

Although all of our kids/ young athletes are playing for different associations this year.
It still upsets me that he beautiful facilities that Mackinaw has to offer isn't being use for the intentions of a hockey rink for the youth to use.

Tonight's M.C.S.A board meeting is cancelled and will be rescheduled after the M.C.S.A has the opportunity to have a meeting with the Village Recreation Committee to discuss possible terms and rates for the 2015-16 season.

Feel free to attend the M.C.S.A board meeting Monday July 20th @7:30pm at the Vista Beach motel in Mackinaw City.
The main discussion will be if we are going to be moving forwrd with a 2015-16 season.

Everyone should have seen the proposed lease agreement from the Village by now.
Therefore with time against us we need to go over it A.S.A.P.
We will have a board meeting on Thursday June 25th at the Vista Beach Motel in Mackinaw City.
This meeting will solely be on how we will be able to TRY and come up with the funds.
Also Pat has informed me he is going to have a meeting with the main heads of the Recreation committee to discuss other possibilites as well.
Pat if you give me a call today (Tuesday the 23rd) before 2pm. I would like to sit in on that meeting as well if possible.

Year end M.C.S.A board meeting tomorrow Monday April 20th @ 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the Hamilton Inn in Mackinaw City. Member at large position are up for election if anyone is interested in running.

February's monthly board meeting is scheduled for tomorrow Monday the 16th at 7:30 pm.
The meeting is going to be held in the breakfast room of the Hamilton Inn in Mackinaw City.
This is as usual an open board meeting for anyone who's youth might be interested in skating out of Mackinaw City. As well as anyone else that would be interested in skating out of the Recreation Center.

After a GREAT meeting with the Mackinaw City Village Manager.
Hockey returning to Mackinaw City for the 2015-16' season is looking promising. The next step is rebuilding the association.
We are still looking to fill positions on our executive board. As well as people at our board meetings that would have new ideas as to more ways to make the M.C.S.A the powerhouse it use to be.
Our January meeting is this coming Monday the 19th at 7pm at the Hamilton Inn in Mackinaw City @ 7pm.
If you have ANY interest in having your kid skate out of Mackinaw City now is the time to step forward.
