Community Caring Collaborative The CCC creates opportunities for families through agency collaboration.

Our mission is to nurture and sustain collaboration that expands resources and increases hope, health, and well-being for people in Washington County, Maine. The challenges of poverty, trauma, substance abuse, major health issues, the process of aging, or other factors can make people vulnerable. Our focus is on increasing awareness of the impacts of those challenges, removing barriers to well-being that diminish potential and hope, and increasing opportunities to help people reach their dreams.

CCC is so proud of Abby Frutchey! She's substance use response coordinator with our team. She means a lot to many here in Washington County. She's a national rockstar, too. For years, All Rise has recognized and benefited from her expertise in treatment court and recovery advocacy. Washington County experts are national experts, and Abby is a wonderful example. ❤️
