Historically Significant Materials- PSYOP

Before you destroy old media such as VHS cassettes and floppy discs or empty a safe or file cabinet into the shredder, please reach out to the PRA MacDill and we will work with the USSOCOM Office of History and Research, Chief Archivist for a review. These materials may be historically significant and should be added to the command’s archives. Email [email protected] to coordinate handoff. You never know what might be historically significant.

ONLY UNCLASSIFIED Materials. All materials not placed into archive will be returned.

Did you serve most of your career in Airborne units on status? Are you jumpmaster qualified? Did you serve in a leadership position in an Airborne unit? The PRA MacDill Chapter is willing to nominate those who are qualified for the Order of St Michael Medal of the Airborne.

Dear Community,

The MacDill Chapter is involved in the discussions to merge POVA and the PRA at the national level. The MacDill Chapter will continue to operate as an independent chapter under the current bylaws until 1 January 2027 and then as a chapter of the new organization.

All lifetime memberships of either organization will continue to be honored under the new organization. I encourage you to join the MacDill Chapter today and to continue to support the goals of the PSYOP Regimental Association.
