The Trefoil Trail is on the cover of Atlanta’s official visitor guide! 💚

This project began with paintbrushes, sisterhood, and Girl Scouts from across metro Atlanta. Now, it is part of the story our city will share with visitors from around the world.

The mural is featured on the commemorative Summer 2026 edition of Discover Atlanta Now Magazine from the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau. It is also part of Atlanta’s citywide public art effort as the city prepares to welcome athletes and soccer fans this summer.

Designed by local artist and Girl Scout alumna Melissa A. Mitchell, the Trefoil Trail stretches across the 17th Street Bridge near Atlantic Station. The mural features more than 100 soccer balls, flags representing 48 countries, and Girl Scout spirit woven throughout.

Girl Scouts helped bring the mural to life, adding their creativity to a project that will welcome residents and visitors long after the summer celebrations are over.

Thank you to Discover Atlanta for featuring the Trefoil Trail and helping share this special piece of Girl Scout spirit with the city and its visitors!
