Tonight’s meeting will be at 6:30. We will be on the side of the community center that is the smaller room on the left of the Lytle Community Center. Hope to see you all there! We will be discussing how we did at our fundraiser night!

We will be pre making 40 table center pieces after the meeting. Shouldn’t take long if we have some volunteers to help!

If you have items you are contributing to the decorations please make sure you bring them to the meeting so we are able to complete making the center pieces tonight! This will save a lot of set up time on the day of the event! Any items that you want returned please make sure to put your name on there somewhere!
