Esta mañana, el Comité de Trabajadores Accidentados de Lynn Worker Center tuvo una reunión donde los trabajadores que sufrieron accidentes de trabajo compartieron sus historias de resiliencia para organizar más trabajadores accidentados. Gracias a los miembros que prepararon comida típica de sus países para compartirla con nosotros.

Muchas gracias a Neighbor To Neighbor Massachusetts Education Fund por su solidaridad ofreciendo sus instalaciones para poder realizar esta reunión.
También queremos agradecer a April's Pub & Grill y al restaurante Cafe colombia''''''''''' por la comida deliciosa que donaron para este evento. Su contribución con el Comité de Trabajadores Accidentados ayuda a organizar más trabajadores accidentados que necesitan conocer sus derechos. Recomendamos que puedan visitar estos establecimientos y disfrutar de la comida deliciosa.

Yesterday, members of Centro Trabajadores de Lynn were at the MA State House in support to amending the MA Paid Family Medical Leave Law.

Thanks to our members Vilma and Hortencia, and Julio Ruiz- our Executive Director , who testified during the hearing of the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce in support of the bills: (HB 1888/SB 1197) and (HB 1889/SB 1198).
Congrats to all our members, who joined us during the conference and hearing.
