Thank you for hosting a Build A Bed event for the 3rd year in a row in honor of your annual Red Day and continuing to show what true community partnership looks like.

This year, your team came together to support 25 more children in Western Massachusetts with brand-new beds, helping provide not just furniture, but comfort, stability, and a safe place to rest and grow.

A good night’s sleep impacts every part of a child’s life, from physical and mental health, to focus in school, emotional well-being, and overall development. Something as simple as having a bed of their own can make a lasting difference in a child’s daily life and future.

We were proud to partner with Cooperative Credit Union Association and A Bed for Every Child to host a community book drive! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members and team, FRMCU collected over 450 books across our three branch locations—helping put stories (and smiles) into the hands of local children. 📚💙

The Lynnfield Rotary - Lynnfield, MA and their incredible community of friends, families, volunteers, and sponsors made this weekend truly special.

With more than 100 builders showing up at Lynnfield High School, this year's Build-a-Bed event resulted in 30 complete beds for children across our community.

The energy in the room was powerful. People of all ages came together with one shared purpose: making sure children have a safe, comfortable bed to sleep in.

To everyone who sponsored, volunteered, built, donated, and supported today’s event—thank you. Because of you, 30 children will receive more than just a bed. They’ll receive comfort, stability, and the gift of a good night’s sleep.

Westfield State University and Westfield High showed up in a big way for children and families across Western Massachusetts.

A Bed for Every Child traveled to Stanley Park to work alongside a dedicated cohort of students who came together to build 10 beds for children in the region. Their energy, teamwork, and commitment to giving back created something that will have a lasting impact well beyond the day itself.

Every bed built means a child will have a safe and comfortable bed of their own to sleep in, something that directly supports health, stability, and success in the classroom.

To the students, staff, and everyone involved at Westfield State University, thank you for your partnership, your compassion, and for helping deliver the gift of sleep to local children and families.

Most volunteer days come and go. This one stays with a child every single night.

On Saturday, Academy of Notre Dame community came together and built 11 beds for children across Massachusetts who don’t have a bed of their own. In just a few hours, something permanent was created something a child will come home to, night after night.

A bed means more than sleep. It means a child can wake up rested, focused, and ready to show up at school.

That’s the kind of impact this community delivered.

First Citizens' Federal Credit Union showed up for their community in a meaningful way.

At their location in Fairhaven, their team came together to build 10 beds with A Bed for Every Child creating a direct impact for ten children who now have a place of their own to sleep.

A good night’s sleep is foundational. It supports focus in school and improves overall health.
