A very special thank you to the team at Massachusetts General Hospital, and especially to Millie for organizing this wonderful Snuggle Drive for A Bed for Every Child.

Our program provides brand-new twin beds to children across Massachusetts who do not have a bed of their own. For many of the children we serve, receiving a bed means finally having a comfortable bed to rest and sleep of their own. The blankets, bedding, and pillows collected through the Snuggle Drive are such an important part of that experience. They help us make each new bed feel warm, comfortable, and exciting from the very first night.

To everyone at Mass General who donated and helped support the drive, thank you. And Millie, thank you for bringing this together and for caring so deeply about the children we serve. We know that organizing something like this takes time and effort, and we truly appreciate everything you and your team have done for our program.

We are so grateful for your kindness and support, and we can’t wait to share these donations with the children and families who need them.

A heartfelt thank-you to the Midnight Riders for their steadfast commitment to A Bed for Every Child.

Through the continued generosity of their Clean Sheets for Clean Sheets Initiative, the Midnight Riders are helping us provide brand-new, complete beds to children on our waitlist who are currently without a bed of their own.

Their support extends far beyond the donation itself. It gives children a safe, comfortable bed to rest, recharge, and begin each day ready to learn and grow.

We are deeply grateful to the Midnight Riders and everyone who supports the initiative for continuing to stand behind our mission.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for Central One Federal Credit Union and the joy their team brought to this special Build-a-Bed event. Together, they built brand-new beds for 11 children on our waitlist, helping support each child’s overall well-being, healthy development, and academic success.

We're hiring: Project Coordinator — A Bed for Every Child

The Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the daily operations of A Bed for Every Child, our program providing brand-new beds to children across Massachusetts who don't have one of their own.

This is a hands-on role at the center of the program — coordinating bed deliveries to families, leading volunteer bed-building events, prepping materials in the workshop, and managing the logistics that keep everything moving. It's a great fit for someone with strong organizational skills who's comfortable speaking to groups and wants their day-to-day work tied directly to community impact.

What we offer:
• Full-time schedule, Tuesday–Saturday
• 80% employer-paid health insurance
• Generous vacation, sick, personal, and holiday time
• Meaningful, mission-driven work

No prior experience with power tools required — training is provided.

Employment is contingent on a CORI background check.

Today, we are grateful to the Massachusetts Credit Unions Social Responsibility Committee for hosting the 2026 Stephen D. Jones Charity Golf Tournament in support of A Bed for Every Child.
