The dream of having an official American Outlaws Chapter in Panama City started in the fall of 2013 when Kerry Olson, his wife Terry, and two children met at local restaurant to watch a USA match. Their friend, Will Wiener, joined them for the following match. The next month, Stephens Croom, met up with them for the next match. After the match a brief discussion about The American Outlaws between
the 3 US Fanatics turned into excitement about possibly starting a chapter in the Panama City area. From there an unofficial page was launched to drum up interest in the local soccer community. The four founders met and made plans to form an Official Chapter of The American Outlaws. In January 2014, they started advertising for the January camp and American Outlaws membership for Panama City. The turnout for the January match was more than we could have imagined with well over thirty people at the watch party. Within a few months, we had a core group of twenty five members. The four founders completed the application process for Chapter Membership into the American Outlaws family. Leading up to the 2014 World Cup, membership continued to increase as interest in USA Soccer grew. Then, in the summer of 2014 during the World Cup, we became an Official Chapter, #139. At the last match for the USA, we brought together over 350 people cheering for the USMNT. The following year, the American Outlaws Panama City Chapter #139 moved to a location in downtown Panama City. The highlight was the USWNT winning the 2015 World Cup over Japan in the final. We had 115 people come out for the final. Then in 2016, we felt a change was needed again. We wanted the chapter to be a family oriented chapter that encouraged our members to bring their kids to enjoy the craziness of the American Outlaws. We decided to move to our present location, Lynn Haven Beef O'Brady's. We could not be happier with the decision we made. AOPC #139 would like to thank Pat Perno, owner, and the entire staff of Beef's for taking such great care of the American Outlaws. If you are interested in joining the American Outlaws, and making AOPC #139 your home please email us or come down to any our Watch Parties. We would love to meet you. If you would like to sign up just visit http://www.theamericanoutlaws.com. Membership in the American Outlaws is open to any individual willing to support the USA National Teams. The American Outlaws Panama City Chapter #139 is a family oriented AO Chapter and encourage all of our members to be respectful at all times. For every USA match, we host a viewing party at our Chapter Bar:
