344 → 691.

That's a real credit score journey from a 2025 Ways to Work participant — accomplished through on-time loan payments and one-on-one credit coaching with program staff.

For many of our participants, Ways to Work is the first loan they've ever been able to qualify for. That first step makes every next step possible. 💙

"With the help of the program and staff, I'm able to have reliable transportation again in life. It's a blessing!"

Words like these stay with us. Across Virginia, participants tell us the same thing in different ways: when you can count on getting there, everything else starts to open up.

We're grateful to be part of the journey. 💙
