WOTM Lynchburg South Chapter 1415

Saturday reminded me that sometimes the greatest successes aren’t measured by how much we sell, but by the people who step up beside you and say, “I’m here. Let’s get it done.”

I cannot thank Ramona Wright, Crystal Morgan and Linda Solonia enough. Ramona stepped up in a big way, helping bake cakes and making that awesome icing, and Crystal jumped right in and helped wherever she was needed. Your time, hard work, laughter, and support meant more to me than you probably realize.

And we certainly can’t forget the muscle behind the operation! A huge thank you to Jack, Jeff, and Rodney for all the heavy lifting, hauling, setting up, taking down, and doing whatever needed to be done. We ladies may have had the cakes covered, but we were mighty glad to have you three around!

The WOTM has faced a few challenges lately, but days like this remind me what we are capable of when we focus on friendship, teamwork, service, and supporting one another. We may hit a few bumps—and apparently a little rain!—but we keep showing up, we keep moving forward, and we persevere.

Thank you, ladies, for standing beside me and helping make our Cake Me Away table such a success. I truly appreciate you all.

A little rain, a lot of laughter, and some pretty amazing women—that’s a recipe for a great day!

I will share additional information as I receive it.

Please keep Christine’s family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.
