We are so thankful for Gleaning For The World for their donation every year!
While most of Gleaning For The Worldโs humanitarian aid is distributed through international shipping containers and tractor trailers, many supplies also reach those in need through missionaries and mission teams.
Over the years, more than ๐ญ๐ด,๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ช๐๐ก๐๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ถ๐๐ sewn and assembled in our sewing center have been delivered this way. One of our long-standing partners is the Students Without Borders - University of Lynchburg PA Medicine. Each year, these students carry WINGS kits with them on their annual mission trip, ensuring girls and women have access to reusable, sustainable supplies.
In just a few weeks, SWOB will be traveling to ๐ค๐๐ถ๐๐ผ, ๐๐ฐ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฟ, bringing ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ช๐๐ก๐๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ถ๐๐ packed into extra luggage bags. The students have received confirmation that these kits will be greatly beneficial during their medical outreach.
This impact would not be possible without the dedication of our donors and the incredible volunteers who sew, assemble, and prepare every kit. Thank you for helping us provide dignity, comfort, and care to women and girls around the world.
