Over 3 weeks ago I used this phrase to teach a rhythm in our drum circle at the VACPN Spring Retreat at Shrinemont, Orkney Springs, Va. This little one, at 7 yrs old, was an AWESOME participant and she’s still groovin! Thanks Nina Beaman for sharing this! 🥰🪘

Beautiful moments captured today at the Grand Re-Opening of Stones 'n Bones. The community support was so incredibly moving. Thank you to the Sattva Dancers and the Dragon Dancer.

May 28, 6:30-8pm will be our first Community Drum Circle at our new location, Stones N Bones. Bring a chair and gather in community for some healing and relaxing drumming. Stay tuned for some new types of drumming offerings!
