We are so excited to be offering a drum circle at the Hearth and Hallow Collective’s Shadow and Sage Night market! Market opens at 4pm, drumming starts at 6pm!

📚🍂 Participant Spotlight: J. Robert Jamerson Memorial Library 🍂📚

Our friends from the J. Robert Jamerson Memorial Library will be joining us at Shadows & Sage and hosting our Kids Activity Table! 🖍️✨

Little wanderers can stop by during market hours for some creative fun, giving our youngest guests a little space of their own to enjoy the gathering. 🌙

We’re so happy to have our local library joining us and helping make Shadows & Sage a little more magical for the kiddos. 🖤

Today is a good day to pause…notice and orient yourself in this moment, breathe, and re-member the miracle that is all of life…both Shadow and Light.

It’s an important evening! The monthly Community Drum Circle has evolved and grown to the point that the circle can self-facilitate! It’s amazing to see this happen while we are on vacation! Thank you Cathryn Harris and Dragonhill Holistic Healing and everyone who is showing up to vibe together while drumming!

Once again we are collaborating with some amazing women to offer our Fall Sacred Alchemy Women’s Retreat! Stay tuned for registration information…coming soon!

Some journeys begin long before the first step.

They begin with a feeling.

A whisper.
A curiosity.
A call.

Maybe you’ve been feeling it, too.

The invitation is coming.

Who will answer the call?

Charlottesville folks! Please come out and support my dear friend Nicole who is signing her new book at the Barrack’s Road Barnes N Noble until 4pm!

Here is what her IMPORTANT work is about:

In this unflinching and vulnerable book, psychologist Nicole Wordlaw exposes the impact of intergenerational trauma and internalized race and gender narratives, through the lens of a Black woman seeking spiritual freedom on her own terms.

Waking Up Alone is part memoir, part map: a vulnerable, fiercely honest exploration of what it means to awaken as a Black woman born into a nation rooted in complex trauma; a nation in which limiting stories about race, gender, and spiritual awakening capture the collective consciousness.
