Be a Management Major where "productivity is through people." The Management Consulting Group at Lynchburg College is a Management Major faculty-student consulting initiative in which teams work on meaningful projects in the organizational community. Each semester, the team selects another project and applies what they've learned in Management Major coursework. By the end of the semester, the team

will have completed a significant managerial project, built managerial competence (and confidence), and added relevant experience to student resumes. The team will have been useful to yet another organization within the community. Meet Your Executive Board Members
