We’re so excited to officially welcome our newest team member! Making his way to us from the sunny state of Florida, Kevin is a valuable addition to our Farm Coach program. He is detail-oriented, a real team player, and always down to learn new skills! And he loves to build stuff: if you’ve been around the farm lately, you might have noticed some nice new benches that he and his brother generously built for us 🔨 A big thanks to the Al Stroobants Foundation, whose generous support allows us to grow our Farm Coach program. Give Kevin a hearty hello next time you see him on the farm!

It’s tiiiiiiiime (cue Mariah Carey): Camp Grows registration is open for 2026! 🪩✨ Camp Grows is a full-day, week-long camp for rising 1st through 6th graders, hosted here in the middle of Lynchburg on our 7-acre urban farm. Campers gain a better understanding of food production through harvesting fresh veggies, sharpen their kitchen skills, and learn how to be an active and helpful part of their community. And we play lots of games and make lots of crafts 😋 Because of generous support from we’re able to offer Camp Grows on a sliding scale, so families can pay what works for their budget.
