What a night! ❤️🚚

Our Red Truck Ministry Gala was such a special evening, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.

A special thank you to our Red Truck Ministry Board, an incredible group of volunteers who generously give their time, talents, and hearts to keep the wheels turning and this mission moving forward: Dr. Robert Putt, Faith Nixon, Ryan Sparklin, Rod Miller, Roger Roller, Renee Rose Flowers, Jim Whitaker, Dr. Charles Dunning, and Patricia Price.

And to our amazing Office Manager, Moana Xia: so much of what happens behind the scenes at Red Truck Ministry happens because of you. We truly could not do this without you! ❤️

Thank you to Asia Brady for providing the music and helping make the evening so special, and to Legacy Wealth for generously allowing us to use your beautiful space.

We are also so thankful for our incredible sponsors who continue to invest in the mission of Red Truck Ministry: Moore's Electrical & Mechanical • BWXT • CSE, Inc. • Architectural Partners • NexGen Utility Sales • Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Dawson Ford Garbee & Co., Realtors • Melvin T. Morgan Roofing • West Lynchburg Baptist Church

And, of course, thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, prayed, and continues to believe in what God is doing through Red Truck Ministry.

Every pound of food distributed, every family served, and every community we reach is possible because of people who are willing to come alongside this mission.

We’re grateful for this night, grateful for this community, and grateful for the opportunity to keep serving.

If you weren’t able to join us for the gala, you can still support the mission of Red Truck Ministry all year long. Visit our website to learn more and make a donation that helps us continue serving families in our community. https://www.redtruckministry.org/donate/ #

Today, we pause and remember September 11, 2001.

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and those who gave everything to help others.

We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

A meal meets a need for today. But food security can create room for tomorrow.

Food doesn't solve poverty on its own. But meeting a basic need can help create the stability people need to face the next one.

And for us, this work is rooted in something even deeper.

We believe we're called to care for the whole person — to meet people where they are, serve them with dignity, and share God's love in tangible ways.

So yes, we give food.

But we're also giving a little breathing room. A little stability. A reminder that someone cares.

Because sometimes, meeting a basic need is the first step toward having the capacity to tackle everything else.

The numbers tell a story. But behind every number is a neighbor.

Food insecurity is happening right here in our community. And we believe God has called us to respond. ❤️🚚

Serving our neighbors. Sharing hope. Showing the love of Christ—one truckload at a time.

Today, we’re especially thankful for the volunteers who give their time, energy, and hearts to serve alongside us. ❤️

Red Truck Ministry is possible because of people who are willing to say “yes” to serving their neighbors and being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

Thank you for showing up, serving with joy, and helping us share more than food - we’re sharing hope and the love of Christ.

We truly couldn’t do this without you. 🚚
