The 2nd Annual LCF LEGO Home Building Contest is now live! We hope you will join Lynchburg Covenant Fellowship in celebrating National Disability Pride Month in honor of our residents who are living with mental, intellectual, or physical challenges. National Disability Pride Month commemorates the passing of the landmark Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26, 1990, which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas, including housing.

Forty years before the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rev. Bev Cosby and his family founded Lynchburg Covenant Fellowship in 1950 to provide affordable housing, education, and advocacy for the poor, the disabled, and the disadvantaged throughout Central Virginia.

For the past 76 years, Lynchburg Covenant Fellowship (LCF) has helped those in need, including those with mental, intellectual, and physical challenges. Today, LCF has seven properties serving 262 Central Virginia residents. In fact, 32% of our residents are disabled.

We wish everyone a Happy and Fulfilling Disability Pride Month!
