Sent With Love Motts A Personal Journey of Connection Through Mail

While my son was at C. S. A big thank you to everyone who helped make this dream a reality.

We spread HOPE through personalized mail & care packages for Warrior Families across the U.S., and hospital deliveries that support the healthcare teams caring for them. Mott Children's Hospital for his AML treatment, I met many parents going through similar tough times. During our stay, he was showered with love through letters and gifts from friends, family, and even strangers, which left a lasting impression on me. Seeing a teenage friend struggling, I realized just how powerful mail could be, even from people we don't know. After some prayer, we learned that our letters and small gifts brought a lot of joy, inspiring us to share this kindness with more families in need. I thank God for this idea, letting me use my love for letter writing to make a real difference. Every card carries a little piece of the heart behind it. 💛

From choosing stickers to writing each message, our volunteers put time, care, and love into every card they create. For warrior kids and their families, knowing someone took the time to think of them can mean so much.

💛 WE NEED KIDS! 🎨💌

Do you know a school, church, or kids’ group that would love to decorate envelopes for fun while helping us send HOPE to warrior kids and their families facing pediatric cancer and other critical illnesses?

See the beautiful work Sweetwater Elementary has been doing through Kids4Kids, thanks to school counselor Tina Howard, who brought this project to her students.

It’s a beautiful reminder that kindness can travel miles, connecting children across the country through a simple act of caring.

Our mental health matters.

💛 What do you want a warrior kid to feel when they receive the envelope you decorated?

We asked two students from the Kindness Club at Sweetwater Elementary, and their answers were simple: they want kids to feel happy… and even make them laugh. 😊

That’s what makes Kids4Kids so special.

Last year, we were so excited to see Sent With Love featured in the Daytona Beach News-Journal, with the story also reaching readers through the USA TODAY Network.

Clayton Park, the newspaper’s business editor, sat down with us to hear how Sent With Love got started and how we send LOVE & HOPE through handwritten cards, care packages, and special deliveries to Warrior Kids and their families.

Seeing our story shared in our local community was such a special moment for us.
