Georgina Cornago Cipriano is one of my heroes. She lost her darling son Giovanni to anaphylaxis and has channeled her grief into steadfast and unwavering advocacy and education to prevent another death. For years, literally, she has been working to pass Gio’s Law, which will allow police and fire to administer epinephrine - it was her advocacy that brought us together. Gio’s Law was signed by Governor Cuomo yesterday. Congratulations my friend, and all who made it happen.

We had so many great visitors yesterday suporting our great event. Thank you Assemblywoman Judy Griffin for your support. It was great meeting you and sharing our event with you.

Congratulations to The Love for Giovanni Foundation on the 5th anniversary of their Trunk or Treat event. It was a nice day full of very creatively decorated trunks for everyone to enjoy and trick or treat. Special thank you and congratulations to Georgina Cipriano.
