Happy Autumn, Camp Claire family. Here are some photos from the last day of camp 2026 on August 15th. It was already settling into the off season solitude.

During the final session, campers usually visit the Hamburg Fair but this year, the fair fell a week later. So, when you can’t go see the animals, you bring them to camp. Campers got to meet Clydesdale horses in the ball field and they also enjoyed fun activities like a foam pit and field games, with prizes. Carnival foods, including popcorn, soft pretzels, corndogs, and cotton candy were also served.

Good old fashioned fun at its best.

The results are in from the 2026 Froccer World Cup held annually at Camp Claire (last week during session 4). After a week of activities and much hard fought competition, team Ireland came out on top. Congratulations to the winners.

Great efforts, fueled by the excitement of the Men’s World Cup in the U.S. this summer, were turned in by teams Cyprus, Ireland, Norway, Slovenia, South Korea, and Zimbabwe.
