Current Openings in Bridger Valley:
• Early Childhood Educator
This position leads and supports a preschool classroom serving young children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Early Childhood Educators help children build foundational academic, social-emotional, communication, and developmental skills through play-based learning and positive interactions.
Responsibilities may include:
• Planning and leading classroom activities
• Supporting child development and school readiness
• Building positive relationships with families
• Collaborating with classroom staff and specialists
• Maintaining a safe and structured learning environment
• Observing and documenting child progress
Basic Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma required
• Early childhood education background preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to pass required background checks and DFS requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• Educational Assistant
Educational Assistants work closely with teachers and classroom staff to help support daily classroom routines, learning activities, child engagement, and supervision. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with children and being part of a supportive educational team.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning centers
• Supporting children during meals, transitions, and play
• Helping maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
• Encouraging positive behavior and engagement
• Assisting with supervision and safety of children
• Supporting individualized learning needs
Basic Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work well with children and families
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to pass required background checks and DFS requirements
• Experience in childcare or education preferred but not required
