Thanks for your donation! Heart to Heart Charity is ran by Tammie & Stan Werner and Kathy Weston. The charity was established in honor of Tammie's grandma Nellie Elizabeth Weston and now her son Larry Weston. Nellie had 7 children and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
