⚾️ HEY BASEBALL FANS, WE NEED YOU! ⚾️

We’re looking for UMPIRES for the upcoming season!

Our players need individuals who are willing to step onto the field, make the calls, keep the game moving, and most importantly, help make baseball a great experience for our kids.

🔹 New to umpiring? We can help!
🔹 Love and understand baseball? Even better!
🔹 Dependable, fair & willing to learn? We want you!
🔹 $50 per game!

Behind every great youth baseball program is a group of people willing to step up and say, “I’ll help.”

So if you’ve ever watched a game and thought, “I could umpire…” WE WANT YOU!

📣 Interested? Contact Todd Umberger today for more details!

The 2026 L&W Season is behind us, and what a year it was! We had 2 T-Ball Teams, 1 Rookie Ball Team, 1 Minor Team, and 1 Major Team! We had 40+ sponsors, and 55 total kids playing baseball! We hosted 3 tournaments this year including: Rick Kupp Memorial Rookie Ball Tournament, the Rookie All-Stars, and the 9U All-Star Tournament! Big things have happened at the L&W Glen Park Field, and we couldn’t thank our volunteers, parents, coaches, sponsors, and board members who made the 2026 a huge success! We look forward to 2027!

With all this being said, if you would like to get involved in the planning for the 2027 L&W season or have a position on the board we will be taking nominations this Sunday at 6pm at the Glen!

Positions that need to be filled:
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
Concession Stand Coordinator
Fundraising/Sponsorship Coordinator
Field Maintenance Coordinator

It’s hard to put into words what Sunday meant.

In just one week, our community came together to support Marissa’s family in a way that was truly overwhelming. The kindness, generosity, and love shown through every donation, every kickball player, every volunteer, and every person who came out reminded us just how special this community is even with the rain!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible and to everyone who showed up to support Marissa’s family. Your support will never be forgotten.

Marissa gave so much to L&W. She wasn’t just part of our league—she was part of our family. Her smile, dedication, and love for our players and community left a lasting impact that will continue to be felt for years to come.

She will always be in our hearts, and she will always be a part of the L&W family. ❤️⚾
