There’s a version of you ready to be embodied. She breathes slower. She trusts her body. She remembers what she came here for.

For three days we’ll gather on our land in ceremony, with the medicine, the fire and the songs that open what words can’t reach.

Many people who once needed someone to hold them become the ones who hold everyone. 🪬

The parent who carries the whole family. The partner who fixes every problem. The friend everyone calls in a crisis. The healer, the leader, the one who always shows up.

It looks like love, and part of it truly is. But sometimes, underneath, it’s an old wound still hoping to be saved.

This is the savior shadow.

It shows up when we feel responsible for everyone’s happiness and healing. When we feel heavy or empty after giving so much. When our worth depends on being needed.

And without meaning to, every time we rescue, we send a quiet message: “You can’t do this without me.”

The truth is gentler, and much freer:
The body knows how to heal. The soul knows its way. God moves through it all.

We are here to support, not to save. To trust each person’s timing. To stay present when it’s hard to witness, without taking their healing out of their hands.

Because when we trust, we say something far more powerful: “You were always whole.”

The deepest work begins when we turn inward and finally hold the one inside us who was waiting to be held too. 🤍

To every woman who showed up, who opened her heart, shared her truth, held space for her sisters, and let herself be held: thank you. You reminded us what happens when we stop carrying everything alone and remember we were never meant to. Something ancient awakens when women sit in circle, and yesterday we felt it.

There is a moment on this path that almost everyone meets. 🌕

The medicine shows you something real. Your heart opens, you see clearly, and you feel connected to everything. Then, very quietly, a voice says: “I’ve arrived.”

That voice is not the medicine. It’s the ego, wearing the medicine’s clothes.

I’ve seen it in seekers & in facilitators.. It’s human. The danger comes when we stop noticing it, when we forget that every vision, every opening, every gift was given to us by Great Spirit, not created by us.

Humbling ourselves is how we bow back in gratitude. It’s how we place the ego in service, again and again, and keep doing our own work.

True medicine makes us softer, not higher. More curious, not more certain.
