💙✨Connecting with the Next Generation of Leaders ✨💙

We had had a wonderful visit with the Interact Club of Wharton High School. We shared with them our Rotary journeys and heard about the incredible successes they’ve achieved in their first year as a club. Their passion for service and leadership is truly inspiring!

During our visit, we were proud to present the club with their own club banner and honor their graduating senior with a special Interact Stole to be worn at graduation. 🎓

We are so proud to support these young leaders and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in the future!

👟💙 Sneakers for Students 💙👟

Our Rotary Club was proud to give back through our "Sneakers for Students" service project! Thanks to the generosity of our members and supporters, we purchased and delivered 38 pairs of brand-new sneakers to local Head Start students.

The best part? Seeing the big smiles on their faces—a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a lasting impact. 😊 We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our youngest learners and make a positive impact in our community, one step at a time. 👣

A special thank you to Valerie Marrero, Social Educator with Head Start, for all of her help and coordination in making this project a success!

This season, we are especially thankful for the recent visit from District Governor Becky Bennett and Assistant Governor Dennis Feltwell. Their inspiring messages, heartfelt stories, and dedication to Rotary reminded us why we serve and why our work matters.

Becky shared her Rotary journey and how joining Rotary changed her life. Her story about seeing the iron lung at a Rotary International Convention reminded us why Rotary is committed to eradicating polio.

She encouraged us with a powerful message: don’t keep Rotary a secret—share our work and invite others to serve with us!
