🎉 Thank You for a Great Annual Meeting!

We had a wonderful turnout at our recent board meeting, and we're so grateful to everyone who came out to be part of it!

Here's a quick recap of what we covered:

🗳️ Election Results
Congratulations to Ken Pauling and Sam Richards, both elected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors! We also welcome Heather Murray, who was appointed to fill a vacant seat for a one-year term. We're excited to have this great group leading BTTB Water forward!

💧 New Well Update
We shared the latest on our new well project — an important step in securing reliable water supply for our members for years to come.

📊 Financial Audit Update
We provided members with an update on our ongoing financial audit work, part of our continued commitment to transparency and sound stewardship of your water association.

We also reviewed the current status of our existing wells and ongoing system operations.

📣 Annual Meeting & Board Election Reminder!

We want to remind all BTTB Water Association members that our Annual Meeting is coming up on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Luthersburg Community Center, 71 Community Center St, Luthersburg, PA 15848. We hope to see you there!

This is an important meeting — we will be electing two new members to the Board of Directors. You should have already received your ballot in the mail, please fill it out and return it by May 13, 2026 using one of the following options:

All tests came back good and we are lifting the boil water notice.

***Troutville Update***

**** Boil water notice has been lifted ***

We recently experienced a mechanical failure with our chlorination system, resulting in elevated chlorine levels.

The affected well is currently offline while repairs are being made. To ensure a continuous water supply to Troutville, we are currently pulling water from the Luthersburg tank.

I will provide another update once we have returned to normal operations.

The city of Dubois has established monthly debt service charges, effective immediately, as follows:

$15 per month for water
$20 per month for sewer

In addition, the updated usage rates are:

Water: $16 per 1,000 gallons*
