There is a short story by J.R.R. Tolkien that demonstrates the beauty of God's creation, called Leaf by Ni**le. He writes, "but you might have caught the glimpse, if you had ever thought it worth while to try", when refrencing overlooked beauty in the story.

He is specifically refering to how there are all kinds of glimpses of God's glory here in this world, but if our eyes are not open, we overlook them. This year, we encouraged our summer staff to have their eyes open for those glimpses of God's glory. Here are just a few photos of different things that they pointed out.

Friends of CLW! We just wanted to reach out to our supporters to let you know that we have a need. God has blessed CLW with such great friends that, before we went and purchased a car, we thought that it was worth asking you! If you have a car that is still running and safe, but you were preparing to move on from, would you be interested in donating that car to CLW? We know that our need does not come as a surprise to God and that he is able and willing to bless us with the right vehicle.
