289 VACCINES. 153 PEOPLE. ONE AMAZING ISLAND COMMUNITY! ❤️

What does island wellness look like? Sometimes, it looks like three generations of a family getting vaccinated, a family of six in and out in under 20 minutes, and neighbors helping neighbors access the care they need.

Our annual Island Immunization Clinic had a record-breaking year, with 289 vaccines administered! 🎉

LIH&W Board Member Pam Gould shares the heartwarming moments behind those numbers—from a four-year-old to a 100-year-old receiving vaccinations, to the teamwork that helped islanders register, connect, and feel supported.

As Pam writes, “We just have a great community!” and we couldn't agree more! ❤️

Today! Sound Bath Medication with Jennifer Martin at The Gathering Place

Join Jennifer Martin TODAY, Sunday, October 25, from 4:00–5:30 pm at LIH&W’s Gathering Place for a meditative sound bath. Many islanders have enjoyed Jennifer’s sound bath gatherings, and we’re grateful to have these opportunities to pause, rest, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Let soothing sounds and gentle vibrations carry you into an hour of deep rest and relaxation. No experience needed. Just come as you are, settle in, and give yourself permission to simply listen, breathe, and be.

Registration is now open for Falling Inward: A Seasonal Yoga & Ceremony Workshop

As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, nature reminds us that this is a time to slow down, reflect, and let go of what we no longer need to carry.

Join Gianna Carotenuto for Falling Inward, a special two-hour workshop that combines yoga, personal reflection, and ceremony to help you welcome the transition into winter with greater calm, clarity, and intention.

Together, we'll create space to reflect on the experiences we've carried, consider what we're ready to release, and explore what we want to bring with us into the season ahead.

✨ A chance to pause, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your well-being as the seasons change.

No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are, with an open mind and a little time for yourself.
