Gulf Wars is one of five major wars held throughout the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc (SCA). This page is held and managed by the Gulf Wars Social Media Officer,
a branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. and is considered the official presence of the event here. Questions regarding its content should be directed to to [email protected] Any discrepancies between the electronic version of any information and the printed version that is available from the originating office will be decided in favor of the printed version.

📣 Gulf Wars 35 Merchant Applications Are Open!

Calling all merchants! Applications are now open for those wishing to merchant at Gulf Wars 35!

Applications close November 15th. Applications submitted after that date will incur a late fee.

We’ve made the process easier! Once you complete your Merchant Application, you can go ahead and complete your Gulf Wars Registration — there’s no need to wait for your merchant application to be approved.

There will still be two separate invoices, but only one signup process:

• Merchant invoices begin: October 1st
• Gulf Wars Registration invoices begin: November 1st
