He pastor’s at Antioch Baptist Church in Lumberton, NC. We have three boys: Judah, Jonah, and Judson. First of all, my spiritual gifts are teaching and leadership. I use these gifts within my church by teaching/leading a women’s life group class and helping with the women’s ministry. Women’s ministry is my heart’s calling and where God has led me to exercise my gifts. I am currently a student at N
ew Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where I am pursuing a degree in Ministry to Women. You talk about what you’re passionate about, and I love to disciple women and teach the Bible. This ministry page is dedicated to equipping women to live abundantly more in Christ. I strive to give practical advice that you can apply to your life and that will hopefully help you in your everyday walk with Christ. Hebrews 10:24-25

My Beliefs (Confession of Faith)
About God:
-God has revealed himself to mankind in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This is referred to as the doctrine of the Trinity. Though they are distinct, they are also one, equal in power and nature.
-Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He has eternally existed with the Father. Jesus is God manifested in human flesh. He was born to the virgin, Mary, being conceived by the Holy Spirit. He lived a sinless life here on earth, fulfilling the law, but never breaking the law. Jesus was sent to earth to accomplish the redemption for our sins.
-The Holy Spirit is the promise from Jesus when he was here on earth. He has given us the Spirit to convict us of sin, lead us into truth, guide us in the world, and work in us sanctification. About the Bible:
-The Bible is a god-breathed book. It is without fault and without error.
-The Holy Spirit moved upon men to write according to the will of God and pen down the words that God desired. While each author wrote under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, they each wrote in unique styles to give a richly diverse work from God.
-The Bible is the only source of instruction for faith and practice in the life of the Church. It is the authority and foundation on which we base everything. About Humanity:
-Man was created in the image of God. Adam was the first man created. God made him from the dust of the ground and breathed His own breath into Adam giving him life.
-Humans are different from animals. The Bible does not leave room for the evolution of man from animals as a viable explanation of how humans came to be.
-Because of Adam’s sin in the Garden of Eden, sin was introduced into the world. Now, man is born into sin with his heart bent toward evil. Man must have a work of transformation done in his heart by God in order to be restored to a right relationship with Him. About Salvation:
-Man has been separated from God by sin and unrighteousness. Salvation is the way in which the barrier of sin is removed and fellowship is restored between God and people.
-God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins on the cross. Jesus was dead, buried, and raised to life on the third day and is now seated at the right hand of the Father.
-Our redemption comes from Jesus’ death on the cross. Through His death, He has paid our ransom and cancelled the sin debt of those who would believe in Him for salvation. Jesus is the only way to heaven.
-Jesus has went away to prepare a place for His people. One day, he will return for those who are his own.
