Today, three of our amazing veterans delivered the school supply donations that our community and local businesses so generously helped provide to three area schools. (John Hymel, Charlie Bettencourt and Foster Deselle)

We are incredibly proud of these veterans for continuing to serve our community long after their military service. Their dedication and willingness to give back is truly inspiring.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated school supplies and to the businesses and community members who made this possible. Because of your generosity, students will start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed.

Together, we’re making a difference—one child, one school, and one act of kindness at a time. ❤️🇺🇸📚

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing community, local businesses Best Life Nutrition Luling, PJ's Coffee Luling, PT Solutions and Dufrene Building Materials, and everyone who donated school supplies! Also a huge Thank you to Family Dollar is Des Allemands for allowing the veterans to collect donations at their store. They also collected $205 in cash and we went buy $207 in supplies today from them!! ❤️📚✏️

Because of your generosity, we will be delivering school supplies to three local schools tomorrow (Mimosa, Luling and Des Allemands) to help students start the new school year with the tools they need to succeed.

Your kindness and willingness to give back truly make a difference. Every backpack, notebook, pencil, and donation shows our students that they are supported by a community that cares.

From all of us, thank you for helping us invest in the future of our children. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you! 💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our Back to School Cake Bingo at American Legion Post 131 such a success! ❤️

To all of our Post members who worked so hard setting up, cooking, serving food, selling cards, cleaning up, and doing all the behind-the-scenes work—we couldn’t do it without you! Your time and dedication are truly appreciated.

A very special thank you to everyone who donated cakes and other baked goodies. Your generosity made our prizes extra special and helped make the night a success.

And to everyone who came out to play Bingo, eat, laugh, and support American Legion Post 131—THANK YOU! Your continued support means the world to us and helps us continue serving our veterans and our community.

Today we want to give a huge THANK YOU to the three volunteers from Waterford 3 who came out to help install our new floor at the American Legion Post 131.

They may have needed volunteer hours, but they gave us so much more than that. They donated their time, hard work, and positive attitudes to help make our Post a better place for our veterans, members, and community.

We truly appreciate each of you for choosing to spend your time helping us. Your willingness to serve and give back does not go unnoticed.
