This week we had the pleasure of hosting our friends from the Rapides Soil & Water Conservation District.
Our tour focused on small scale/urban farming, specialty crops, meeting the needs of small growers, heirloom seeds, aquaculture, community incubator farms, and making connections across the state.

A huge thank you to Docville Farm and LSU AgCenter’s Citrus and Pawpaw Center of Excellence. Thank you to SPROUT NOLA, AgriAquaculture Center of Excellence, Louisiana Small Scale Agriculture Coalition, National Black Food & Justice Alliance, Community Center of St. Bernard and the Veggi Farmer's Cooperative.
