September is Su***de Prevention Month, and this month, we’re encouraging one simple but powerful action: Let’s talk about it. 💜🩵

Let’s talk about mental health.
Let’s talk about su***de.
Let’s talk about getting help.
And let’s talk about HOPE.

Knowing what to say—or how to help someone you’re worried about—isn’t always easy. That’s why we’ve created a new resource page with practical information to help you: Notice. Ask. Listen. Connect.

Learn how you can start a conversation, support someone who may be struggling, and connect them with help:

Sometimes, a conversation can make a difference. Let’s Talk About It.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚
This year’s message is simple but powerful: More Good Days, Together.

At Burke, we know that a “good day” can look different for everyone. Some days feel strong and steady. Others might just be getting through. And both matter.

This month, we’re focusing on the small things, the real moments, and the connections that help create more good days across our communities in East Texas.

You don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to support you, your family, and your journey.

👉 Follow along all month as we share ideas, resources, and ways you can join the conversation.
