The first time the rainbow was seen is in Genesis, after the world was flooded. It’s a beautiful reminder of God’s love, mercy, and grace—a reminder that He gives second chances! It’s a symbol to remind us of a wonderful promise.
Now, let’s look at pride. It’s just the opposite. Pride says, “Look at me. Look at what I did.” The promise says, “Look at God. Look at what He has done—and will always do!”
Pride is what caused the fall of humanity. The promise is what gave humanity a second chance.
You see, God creates, and Satan imitates. He twists and manipulates what God has made. Satan has people believing it’s about them and what they desire. But the rainbow is so much more than that. It’s a promise from God to you, to me, and to all humanity—an assurance of second chances. It’s a symbol that He loves you as you are, but He loves you too much to leave you that way.
So, remember that the next time you see a rainbow: He is giving you another opportunity to become what He created you to be. He is promising that if you put away your pride, He will transform your entire life into something you never thought possible—a life full of joy, love, and adventure. A life that He promises will fill you with complete peace, knowing that you are loved and accepted.
Listen—this is NOT about hating someone who lives differently than I do. It’s not “anti” anything. It’s simply about a promise from God and the beautiful symbol that represents that promise.
