Thank you to all who came out and participated and volunteered at the Lufkin Evening Lions Adult Free Vision Screening. Special thank you to the Salvation Army of Lufkin for providing a space for us to host our annual event. District 2-S1 vision team is awesome. Thanks Billie, Robert, Les and Randall for always providing excellent service to our community. To all our volunteers from Angelina Community College nursing programs and friends and family we greatly appreciate your support.

Lion Betty and Elizabeth set off on Friday to assist at the Texas Lion Camp for the Camp Work Day. We had an excellent time, working, serving and fellowship in with other Lions cross Texas to get the camp prepared for this season. If you have a child with a physical handicap or dietetic please check out the Texas Lions Camp and contact your local club for assistance.

On March 6, the Lufkin Evening Lions participates in Hudson High School Annual Health Fair. Lion Harold screened 46 participants with 16 referrals. Thanks for everyone that stopped by our booth.
