The LETR Final Leg Run will be coming to Dallas on Tuesday, June 9!

Starting at Klyde Warren Park and running through the middle of downtown Dallas, we expect to have hundreds of runners from Texas in the mix as the Flame of Hope makes it way to Minnesota for the Opening Ceremonies of USA Games 2026.

We’ve got an AMAZING FREE event coming up with Special Olympics Young Athletes—and we want to see LOTS of smiling faces there! 💙

Your kiddos will get to run, play, learn new sports skills, and have a blast in a super fun and inclusive environment 🙌

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Stacey Johnson. To know Stacey was to love her. She had a way of lighting up every room she entered, and her kindness and warmth touched everyone she met. One of our team members shared, ‘she was the sweetest soul and so loving’—a sentiment that truly captures who Stacey was. Stacey had a great love for equestrian and proudly represented Special Olympics TEAM TEXAS at the USA Games, an accomplishment that brought her, and all of us, so much pride.

Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit, her joy, and the love she shared will never be forgotten.
