We are excited about tomorrow. We are kicking off the Community Food CoOp with our very first Community Health Day in Long County. Berry farm is going to have some produce and canned items/ preserves. The Palmer Kids are coming with that DELICIOUS lemonade. The 4H Club is bringing the treat with a twist: blender cycles. Diversity Health is giving some great info and talking about tips for eating for this with chronic health issues. Learn about Mental Health with Misty Day. Thanks to Publix, 2 people will walk away with a $100 gift card for groceries. Thanks to Greater Bethesda Church, 3 people are getting gift cards for food or self care. Wear your comfy clothes and shoes because we have exercise tips and line dancing. You can even demonstrate a new one! Join us downtown by the train depot. You never know who else might show up!
