Volunteers!
We have quite a few volunteer opportunities coming up
1. First this Friday June 9th from 5-7pm we are having an artist reception for Elaine Earl in the Performance Hall Lobby and we need some volunteers to help with the event
2-3 people -Preparation of cafe tables with table coverings & simple centerpieces. Preparation of the refreshment/snack table with table covering, glasses, plates, napkins & simple centerpiece. This could be done anytime between 11-4.
1 person - Bring out the snacks, and beverages (beer, wine, pop, water) about 4:30, possibly help with bartending during event
1 person - Help put away all leftover food and beverages and clear all tables about 7:00
2. The second opportunity is the Artist Packet Packing Party on June 13th at 1pm. You will be putting together the artist packets for the West Shore Art Fair. We are still in need of 6 people to help out with that. They always have a fun time!
3. On Wednesday June 28th at 10am, down at Rotary Park we are in need of 3 Volunteers to help marking the booth spaces for the West Shore Art Fair. And if it rains on Wednesday, then the rain day will be Thursday at 10am.
4. And lastly, we still have slots open for volunteering at the West Shore Art Fair. Click on the link and see what you are able to help out with.
