We want to address something publicly and make a few things very clear.

Riders for Equal Parenting is an organization.

We are not a Riding Club (RC).

We are not an MC.

We are a Riders Organization (RO).

Our structure reflects that. Women are part of leadership, sit on our board, have voting rights, and are fully involved in decision-making at every level.

Our mission is simple:

We are here to help both fathers and mothers have fair access to their children, as long as they are safe, capable parents.

We help individuals:

- Navigate the court system

- Understand and complete paperwork

- Learn how to speak and represent themselves in court

- Identify and take necessary classes

- Build the skills needed to be better parents

That is what we stand for.

Because of that mission, we also stand firmly against ALL forms of abuse.

Not just physical, but also financial, mental, and emotional abuse.

We will not:

- Represent abuse
- Support abuse
- Ignore abuse

There are no exceptions.

Due to recent issues, there has been a restructure within the organization to ensure we continue to uphold these standards and protect the integrity of what we are building.

In the coming weeks, we will be announcing:

- Our National SOA, who will simultaneously serve as the Lubbock Chapter President.

- Our National Vice President, who will simultaneously serve as the Lubbock Chapter Vice President.

We also want to apologize for our website being down. It is currently being updated and will be back online within the next few weeks.

We appreciate the continued support and patience as we move forward, stronger, clearer, and aligned with our purpose.

Two minutes.

That’s how long a father was allowed to FaceTime his children. Two minutes to ask about their day. Two minutes to hear about homework, scraped knees, bad dreams. Two minutes before the screen goes dark.

We would never tell a child they are only allowed two minutes of their mother’s love. Yet somehow, limiting a father’s presence is still treated as reasonable.

Equal parenting isn’t about ego. It’s not about control. It’s not about winning against the other parent.

It’s about children.

When a father is reduced to a two-minute video call, the message sent to that child is subtle but powerful: “This relationship is secondary.” And children internalize that. They measure their own worth by the time they’re given.

We say we want strong families. We say we want responsible fathers. But responsibility requires opportunity. Love requires access. You cannot build a bond in two-minute fragments.

Equal parenting means recognizing that a father is not a backup parent. Not a holiday visitor. Not a scheduled interruption.

He is a parent.

Children deserve more than timed affection. They deserve presence. Consistency. The security of knowing both parents are fully allowed in their lives.

Two minutes is not co-parenting. It’s rationing.

And our children deserve abundance.
