Thank you to the VFW post 2466 Lubbock Texas for all your help with the Veterans Holiday Food Box Event, 2025. Not only did you provide Veterans Food Bank of Lubbock a location to host this wonderful event, Sarah Weede, Benny Guerrero, Christopher Moore, Monica Bailey, and the many other members of the VFW were present volunteering their time, the Saturday before Christmas. You are all a true testament of service. I am honored to know you, and to serve side-by-side with you in helping local Lubbock Veterans with desperately needed food this holiday. My deepest graditude and thanks to all of you..

I could use prayer today..one of the freezers holding most of the frozen meat, lasagnas, frozen fruit/veggies for next weeks Veteran food distribution stopped working a few days ago. The light was still on, but when i open it today, everything is ruined. If anyone has it in their heart to help, please call Darlene at 806-939-5499. We are hoping to feed up to 100 Veteran families in need next Saturday..

Only 50% of our food donation goal has been reached so far. We are hoping to help up to 100 Veteran families this Saturday with holiday food boxes. Desperately in need of frozen meat, fruit, veggies, lasagnas, ect. Also in need of fresh fruits, crackers, granola bars, holiday candy, and snacks. We will come to your home if you live locally to pick up your donations. Call for donation pick-up or to make a financial donation 806-939-5499 .
