A big thank you to LeAnne Lagasse for speaking at our AWC luncheon earlier this week!

Her session on self-awareness, leadership, and intentional communication provided practical insight into how the way we show up professionally shapes trust, relationships, and influence. We loved the real-world takeaways on aligning our values, voice, and presence in every interaction.

We can’t wait for our next luncheon featuring LeAnne Lagasse on Tuesday, May 12th!

In her session, The Congruent Communicator: How Self-Awareness Builds Trust and Influence, LeAnne will share practical ways to strengthen self-awareness, communicate with greater intention, and build trust in professional relationships. Through reflection and real-world examples, attendees will leave with tools to better align their values, voice, and presence in every interaction.

Plus, LeAnne will be giving away copies of her book, The Congruent Leader, to a few attendees!
