On OCTOBER 8th Lubbock will be having it's FIRST PRIDE PARADE AND Festival hosted by LEGALIZE LOVE. Join us for a festival filled with music, special guest speakers, art, dance, spoken word and much, much more!!!! We’re living in very powerful times, and the time has come to break down every closet door, and fight for equal rights!!! By bringing this festival to Lubbock, we are spreading the word
of being proud of the way we were born, and to encourage others to stand strong, and love themselves for who they are. Whether you’re Gay, Le***an, Bisexual, Transgender, or Straight, everyone is welcome. We hope not only to bring Pride to this West Texan City, but also Tolerance, Acceptance, Self Empowerment and a whole lotta love. Lubbock's First Annual Pride Fest will be held on October, due to it being LGBT History Month, which makes it that, much more special. It’s the perfect time to celebrate all qu**rs who have fought for the cause and honor the past, present, and future leaders of The Q***r Movement.
*If you would like to be apart of the festival we are currently looking for very motivated, passionate, and open-minded volunteers.
